By accessing or using the Sebastian's Restoration Therapy website at https://sebastiansrestorationtherapy.com(the “Site”) or booking any service offered through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or its services.

Through this Site, Sebastian Teh (“Practitioner”) offers the following services:

• Personal consultations — one-on-one lifestyle and restoration therapy sessions, conducted in person or remotely.
• Online course — self-paced educational content on the SRT method (currently in development; waitlist registration available).
• Group trainings — in-person or hosted training events for organisations and communities.
• Public events — health workshops, seminars, and retreats.

All content on this Site and all services provided by the Practitioner are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this Site or communicated during a consultation constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Sebastian Teh is a natural health educator and lifestyle medicine practitioner, not a licensed medical doctor, physician, or allied health professional.

The SRT (Sebastien's Restoration Therapy) method, techniques, and protocols shared on this Site and in sessions are wellness and lifestyle education — they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

You are solely responsible for your health decisions. Always consult a qualified and licensed medical professional before:

Consultation bookings are subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful booking. Please ensure your email address is correct at the time of booking.

Cancellations & rescheduling— if you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us via WhatsApp or email at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit any prepaid session fees at the Practitioner's discretion.

Fees for consultations and trainings are communicated directly by the Practitioner and agreed before the session. Payment terms (timing, method, and currency) are confirmed at the time of booking. All fees are non-refundable unless the Practitioner cancels the session.

All content on this Site — including text, images, videos, course materials, and the SRT method as taught — is the intellectual property of Sebastian Teh or licensed to him. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without prior written permission.

When using this Site or its services, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form or booking.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.
• Record, distribute, or share session content without explicit written consent from the Practitioner.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sebastian Teh and Sebastian's Restoration Therapy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or its services, including but not limited to health outcomes, personal injury, loss of data, or loss of profits.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Site or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law in your jurisdiction.

If you are resident in the European Union or United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer-protection rights you are entitled to under the law of your country of residence.
